2010 senior student photography exhibition a call for submissions

Calling photographers of 2010.
I hope you are getting your pictures ready for the upcoming Senior Photo Exhibit. As it stands now, the exhibit will run from March 29 through the end of the school year. The "Opening Night" reception for the show will be from 5-7 p.m., April 23. That's the night before graduation. Make sure your families can attend.
The show is open to seniors graduating either this spring or in December. If you are going to be in the show I need to know by Friday March 5.
By March 8, the following Monday, you need to have your bio (a short bio, not a life story) and photo of yourself to me. Mrs. Ruby's class will be putting together a brochure for the show and she needs to get the information as soon as possible.
Also on March 8, we are going to do a group shot of all the photographers in the show. I'm available from 12-2:30. Let me know how this works with your schedules. This will go on the posters promoting the event. Wear Grand View apparel please. If you don't own anything showing your school spirit, then the school colors will work. Red and black I think, don't quote me on this. Bring your cameras, they can be in the photo with us. If you need a bio photo, I could also take it then.
Once I know how many of you will be in the show I will be able to tell you roughly the maximum number of photos per student and the space you can fill.
I would like to have all the photos up on Friday March 26, so I will need all of your photos by Monday March 22. The drop-off spot will be announced.
You are responsible for printing and mounting your own work and getting it to me. More on this, and the mounting and picture size requirements, later.

Remember, March 5 is the cutoff if you want to be in the show. Also volunteers would be great in the designing of the posters and handouts as well as helping hang photos.
