Calling all you football fans, its that time of year again to pull out the chips and dip and call up the friends because the Super Bowl is back again. Whether you're favorite thing is the commercials, the great food, the betting, or just to enjoy the game its self you will definitely need a game plan.
This year, Super Bowl XLIV (44), is going to go down in history, as it is the Saints' first time ever going to the Super Bowl. The Saints face off the Colts down in South Florida on Sunday, Feb. 7 at approximately 6:25 p.m. on FOX. For your halftime entertainment The Who will be performing.
To plan super bowl parties you will need to start making a list of things to get and do before your guest arrive. You want to first think of how many people you have attending. Then you will need to make a list of things you would want to snack on before and during the game, also that includes beverages. Then you are going to want to think of fun games you can play while watching the game or before or after.
There are quite a few foods that are essential for the ultimate superbowl party. Little Smokies, queso dip and chips, pulled pork sandwiches, cheese quesadillas, wings or even a veggie plate.
Some fun things to do while watching the game is to have each person pick a player off of each team and bet which player can do the best over all through out the game. Another game is called "Pass the Cup." You play by one person holding the cup puts a dollar in and if your holding the cup and say touchdown and it is not a touchdown you pass the cup and the next person puts in a dollar and guesses the play then they get the money and you keep passing the cup.
Now those of you who are more a fan of the commercials than the actual game, stay tuned for laughs because this years commercials are suppose to be funnier than last years. They will also be showing the top ten funniest super bowl commercials on Feb. 2.
